Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed at gethangovercure.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Order processing

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the next business day. During new product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive an order-confirmation email when you place your order, and a shipping-confirmation email with tracking once it ships.

2. Shipping methods, rates, and free shipping

We ship via trusted carriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. The available shipping methods and exact rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order.

Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders of $35.00 or more (before taxes, after discounts), shipped within the United States. Orders below the threshold are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

3. Estimated delivery times

After processing, standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Expedited options, where offered, are faster and are shown at checkout. All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier volume, or events outside our control.

4. Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only, including to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you. (If you would like us to ship to your country and we do not yet offer it, email us — we may be able to help.)

5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking has not updated or you have questions, contact us at Info@gethangovercure.com.

6. Shipping address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, we will contact you; reshipment may require an additional shipping charge. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at Info@gethangovercure.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processing.

7. Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered, but we want to help — if your tracking shows delivered and you cannot locate your package, please (a) check with household members and neighbors, (b) look for a carrier notice, and (c) contact us within 7 days at Info@gethangovercure.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where possible. For packages delayed in transit, please allow the carrier additional time before contacting us; we are not liable for carrier-caused delays.

8. Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@gethangovercure.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Subscriptions

If you enroll in a recurring subscription (Subscribe & Save), each renewal order ships on the schedule you selected and follows this Shipping Policy. You can change your address, skip, pause, or cancel future shipments in your account or by contacting us, subject to the timing described in our Terms of Service.

10. Sales tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination and current law.
