Cancellation policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains the terms of our subscription (“Subscribe & Save” / recurring purchase option) program available at gethangovercure.com (the “Site”), including how recurring billing works and how you can cancel. It applies only to subscription orders and should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to this policy.

1. How subscriptions work

When you choose a subscription purchase option at checkout, you enroll in a plan that automatically renews and ships on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (for example, monthly) until you cancel. The applicable subscription discount, billing interval, price, and shipping frequency are shown to you at checkout before you confirm your order.

2. Recurring billing and authorization

By starting a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis for each renewal order at the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel. Each renewal is a separate order. We will continue to charge the payment method on file unless you cancel or update it.

3. When you are charged

Your first charge occurs when you place your initial subscription order. After that, you are charged automatically on each renewal date according to the interval you selected. Your renewal date and order details are available in your account, and we send an order confirmation for each renewal.

4. No minimum commitment — cancel anytime

There is no minimum number of orders and no long-term commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation is at least as easy as signing up.

5. How to cancel, skip, pause, or modify

You can manage your subscription at any time by either:

  • Self-service: Log in to your account on the Site and open your subscription/customer portal, where you can cancel, skip the next shipment, pause, change the interval, swap flavors, or update your shipping address and payment method; or
  • Contact us: Email Info@gethangovercure.com with your order number and request, and we will process it for you.

6. Cancellation timing — avoiding your next charge

To avoid being charged and shipped your next order, you must cancel before your next renewal/billing date. Cancellations take effect for future orders. If an order has already been processed or billed at the time you cancel, that order will still be fulfilled and is handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Effect of cancellation

Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged for future orders. Cancelling does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed or shipped.

8. Refunds

Subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the order has been processed or shipped, and we do not provide refunds solely because a subscription was not cancelled before its renewal date. That said, we want you to be happy — if you contact us promptly at Info@gethangovercure.com, we will do our best to help. Orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are always covered as described in our Return & Refund Policy, and any return follows that policy (unopened/unused items only).

9. Price changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you in advance as required by law before the change takes effect. If you continue your subscription after the change becomes effective, you accept the new price. You may cancel at any time if you do not agree.

10. Failed or declined payments

If a renewal payment is declined or fails, we may retry the charge, pause the subscription, or contact you to update your payment information. We are not responsible for missed shipments caused by a declined payment.

11. Promotional and discounted subscriptions

If your subscription includes an introductory or promotional offer, the terms of that offer (including the promotional price and the standard price that applies afterward) are disclosed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, the subscription continues at the standard subscription price after any promotional period until you cancel.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will apply to renewals occurring after the change is posted, and we will provide notice where required by law.
